If you drive to the Herndon Police Station, immediately turn to the left side of the building. You will see a door that says "Evince Analytics Visitor Entrance". Proceed through this door and follow the hall way all the way around until it dead ends at a door with a push button cipher lock (it is the Evince back door). Along the way to the Evince door, you will pass a water fountain, Men's Room and Women's room. Once through the Evince door, turn left and proceed straight to the Ichiban Karate Banner.
